Getting Your Repairs & Modifications Started
Is As Easy As 1- 2 - 3!

1. All inflatables should be rolled neatly and placed on a pallet. If you do not have a pallet, you may arrange to have one brought to you by the freight company. Please place a shipping label on the unit with your address as the "FROM" and Professional Stitches as the "TO". Secure the shipping label to the unit.


2. Professional Stitches arranges all pick-up of equipment needing repairs. Please call before 2pm Monday through Friday to arrange for same day pick up.


3.   When the driver comes to pick up the shipment, give the driver the Bill Of Lading that Professional Stitches has filled out and faxed to you. This is the most important step to keeping cost down due to our discounted rates.  If shipped incorrectly with the wrong Bill Of Lading, charges will be incorrect and very high and cannot be changed! After the pickup of your units, Professional Stitches will be watching for your equipment to arrive.


Authorizing Services

Upon receipt of unit needing repairs the unit will be inspected by our repair engineers.  A work order will then be completed with total costs outlined and a proposed ship date. This form will then be faxed to or discussed with the customer and signature obtained. Upon receipt of a signature authorizing work to be done, repair work will begin.  Sometimes other problems arise once unit has been opened for repair. Professional Stitches will, if problems occur within the structure of the unit that is not outlined in the authorized work order, then detail and create a new work order and proposed ship date.  This new work order must be authorized for repair to continue.


Terms

Our standard terms requires 100% of balance due by proposed shipping date. Professional Stitches will ship unit once balance has been received.  If you deliver and pick up from our store location or if you are located in Florida, sales tax is added to your service invoice. If you pick up from our location, payment is due in full at time of pick up. There are NO exceptions to these conditions.


Acceptable Forms of Payment

Professional Stitches accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  We also accept Company Checks and Money Orders. A service charge of 30.00 will be applied if check is returned for any reason. Unit may also be shipped COD but we encourage other forms of payment due to the 3rd party involvement.  If shipped COD funds must be  certified check or money order. A 3% charge is also included on COD charges payable to the freight company. 


Freight

Shipping is always the responsibility of the customer and the freight company.   For your convenience Professional Stitches will apply all shipping cost to your invoice, payment is due by proposed shipping date.   Professional Stitches frequently uses R&L Carriers or Conway Freight we can arrange all the shipping and have the freight company come and pick up.  The customer can request unit to be shipped on any carrier of their choice if customer makes all arrangements.   Professional Stitches is not responsible for damage to unit during shipping or late delivery.  The shipping company and the customer must stand alone. Professional Stitches returns shipments on a pallet that is wrapped in shrink wrap or in the units shipping bag.  Shipping bags are encouraged but not required. Professional Stitches can make you a shipping bag if requested.  Professional Stitches prides itself on the record we have maintained of shipping to our customers on the proposed shipping date.  However, we can not be responsible for delays caused outside of our control.  Such as, but not limited to, acts of God, strikes, wars, floods, severe weather, etc.  We understand the urgency of your needs and will work diligently to overcome any unforeseen obstacles as they arise.  However, under no circumstances, will Professional Stitches be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages that may arise as a result of any shipment arriving late for any reason.  We thank you in advance for your understanding.
